Service Description

Our average single session lasts longer than one hour. You will have opportunities to talk about those difficult things you've carried with you for most of your life, as well as, learn how to address your deepest personal issues through a therapeutic-process. You will discover your self-defeating thinking and behaviors. Why you sabotage yourself, at times. How to reconstruct a new way of thinking which will better help you cope with even the most difficult experiences. We'll give you specific direction with tools you can apply immediately. Healing begins on day one! We address every session with the understanding that you are seeking help because you need relief, now! We don't drag out the therapeutic process for weeks before you finally get something helpful. We don't cut you off simply because 'your time is up'! We'll help you help yourself!
