Out-patient Program worth $2400. For limited time you will receive the full program benefits half-price! 90 days, in-depth program to address all of your struggles, meeting 3 days per week. Each week you will participate in: * One private session * One counseling group * One family group. (If you miss a session, you simply make it up the next week!) PRIVATE SESSIONS: You will have opportunities to talk about those difficult things you've carried with you for most of your life, as well as, learn how to address your deepest personal issues as a therapeutic-process. You will discover your self-defeating thinking and behaviors. Why you sabotage yourself,, at times. How to reconstruct a new way of thinking which will better help you cope with even the most difficult experiences. Healing begins on day one! GROUP COUNSELING: Join with others you can relate-to, for an educational group where you will gain a deep understanding of yourself, enabling you to grow into the complete 'you'. Group topics will include; How behaviors don't always match values - Living in extremes from shameful to shameless - Double life, one life in your head and another for everybody else - Codependency - Why you tend to set your performance bar too high - Why you never truly feel good enough - The myth of 'boredom' - Thinking errors - and, so much more! Groups is where all your questions are answered about yourself! FAMILY GROUP: Our longest running group for a reason! family members, spouses, and even friends, join us each Thursday evening to learn about the family dynamic, how each person has been impacted by various conditions, how this dynamic impacts relationships.
